Delivery

We use Royal Mail for smaller items 2nd Class is the standard delivery method. The larger items such as the willow kits are delivered by UPS currently.

It is important that you give us the full delivery address and contact telephone number. If goods are returned to the craftkits.co.uk because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.

Your order may be delayed if:

There are any unexpected stock shortages. We will notified you by e-mail or telephone if this is occurs.

My Order has not arrived

We aim to dispatch all Orders placed before 2pm on the same day, this may be longer at busy times. Please note that we rely on our courier to fulfil your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond craftkits.co.uk control such as traffic conditions or bad weather. Please allow 7 working days.
